Jake does Dallas!

This past weekend we headed to Dallas, Texas to celebrate Michael's Bar Mitzvah with Alex's family. Michael is Alex's 2nd cousin and he did a great job with everything! We were so happy to be there with them to celebrate and had a really fun weekend.

Although we were there to celebrate Michael and his accomplishments, Jake was a hit with everyone.

Saturday morning the three of us had an early breakfast thanks to our early wake-up call from Jake. Jake tried waffles for the first time, do you think we're in Texas?

I must admit that I used the occasion to buy the cutest little preppy outfit for Jake.
Michael's Saturday night party was super fun and perfect for our family. The night was all about sports and the theme was "Jeans and Jerseys."
