Today was Jake's new friend Spencer's welcome party.
Spencer was born on August 18th and weighed 5lbs 8oz. We're so happy to meet him and to celebrate with his parents, Greg and Shana.

Also, blog-worthy was Jake's trip this past weekend to Capitol Hill to see my good friend and co-worker Bevin. It was also a good opportunity for me to stick poor Jake in another pair of shoes.
Jake's god-mommy, Libby, sent these ridiculously cute Puma's before Jake was even born. Alex and I having been waiting for the day he could wear them.
When Jake and I came home from hanging with Bevin we hung out at home for a bit with dad. Jake literally let it all hang out!
